The 2nd Friday of January is “Quitters Friday” or “Quitters Day.”  Quitters Day is when all those incredible New Year’s resolutions are abandoned, and most people return to their comfortable normal.  Consider this as your check-in.  How are you doing with your New Year goals?

 

Have you given up? By now, most of you may have already given up on your 2025 goals. The way I see it, it’s never too late. So, let’s do a reset.  You can do this! You can make lasting changes. I believe in you!

 

To get you back on your path, figure out why your goals are important to you. What is the one thing nagging you that won’t go away until you fix it? That will help you find your “why.” Then attach to it what’s going on inside you, driving you to make those changes.  Define them.  Get a journal, write down your innermost thoughts, outline what you want in life, and put a couple of action plans together to get what you want and need. Don’t make it hard to do one or two things this year; maybe next year, you can do one or two more. Keep adding to your goals.  This way, you won’t get overwhelmed, and you will reach the goals you set for yourself. 

 

2025 is a golden year for you, and you will achieve all you set out to achieve.  One of my big goals this year is to be positive every day. I don’t like how the world tends to lean more towards the negative.  We see negativity in the news daily.  We see negativity in our jobs.  People are so angry these days. What we need is positivity.  We need to spread positivity on our social media timelines. When you’re in a rush at the grocery store in line and in a hurry, please be nice to that cashier.  Smile at the people you pass on the street. These are little things that go a long way.  When you’re positive, positive things happen.

 

Another primary goal of mine this year is to continue developing my own products for the mind, body, soul, and spirit. To help with that, I’ve been making custom-blend teas. I already have one to help you sleep and one to relax you. My next venture is an alternative to those appetite-suppressant drugs! I’ll keep you posted about that one. But in the meantime, contact me if you want to try the other two!
